For Junior School Applicants (JK – Grade 6)
All supporting documents should be submitted when you come to the School for your daughter’s interview.

For Senior School Day Student Applicants (Grades 7 – 12)
In order to complete your full application you must submit the following supplementary documents:
• Copy of birth certificate
• Photograph (of your daughter or family); optional but highly recommended
• June school report cards for the past two years
• Current report card (to be provided when available)
• Applicant Information Sheet
Applicants applying from outside of Ontario will also require the following:
• Confidential School Report
• SSAT results (visit www.ssat.org for detailed information) or results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) – go to www.ets.org/toefl for detailed information; TOEFL is only an option for students whose first language is not English.

• A tour and a 30-minute meeting and interview with a written activity will be conducted with a member of the Student Recruiting Team. Parents will be invited to join part of the meeting and will have the opportunity to meet with one of our Parent Ambassadors during their visit.
For Senior School Boarding Student Applicants (Grades 7 -12)
• Copy of birth certificate or passport
• Photograph (of your daughter or family); optional but highly recommended
• June school report cards for the past two years

• A one-page personal profile (written by the applicant) including hobbies, interests, awards, achievements, and school-related activities
• An English language writing sample, initialed by a teacher with an explanation of the assignment (a creative story, journal entry, report or paragraph)

• A physical examination form completed by your family doctor will be required upon acceptance. Note: Accepted international boarding students must have someone in the Toronto area willing to act as a custodian with notarized custodian forms as required by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
