Scholarships and Financial Aid

The Scholarship Program at BSS is designed to encourage and reward students who demonstrate exceptional achievements in specific areas.

Needs Scholarships for Admission

Needs Scholarships (Grade 7 – 12) are awarded to girls who have demonstrated excellence in learning, involvement in extra-curricular activities and have shared a desire to attend BSS. All Needs Scholarships are evaluated based on financial need of the family and must be applied to through an independent third party, Apple Financial Services www.applefinancialservices.ca

Merit Scholarships for Admissions

**Merit Scholarships have already been allocated for the 2012/13 but please review the Scholarship criteria for the 2013/14 school year.

Merit Scholarships are evaluated based on academic achievement and application based on the criteria for the scholarship.

Grade 3 Merit Scholarship

Awarded to the top academic student entering Grade 3 as demonstrated by current reports and Junior School entrance assessments. The recipient is awarded a one-time $3,000 scholarship that is applied against School fees. All Grade 3 applicants are considered; no additional scholarship application is required.
