BSS NEWS
In January, the School was thrilled to host Three Cups of Tea author Greg Mortenson’s talk for students from CIS schools. The students were inspired by Greg’s story and captivating presentation.
CBC Television’s The National news program filmed the presentation for a segment they are doing on Mortenson and his work. We just received word that this segment will air tomorrow, Friday, March 5, on CBC.
The National airs at 10pm on CBC and 11pm on the CBC news network.

In the spirit of good fun and traditional sports rivalry, February 3 was BSS Hockey Day against the Havergators. It was a great fight, but in the end the BSS Bobcats took the Foster-Hewitt Cup. And CityTV News was there. We’ve posted this link to the vide– in case you missed the 5-3 win or the segment on the evening news. Check out the highlights, here.
