Old Girls

Our Old Girls represent a staggering breadth and depth of accomplishments. As a community, they never really leave BSS and that’s where today’s girls benefit most. Old Girls come back as speakers, mentors, advisors and role models for our aspiring leaders. They support the School through fundraising, enhancing our profile in their communities, and participating in many events. How wonderful it is for the girls at BSS to have these women in their lives as they become curious about their own future paths and see for themselves that girls can do anything?

Distinguished Old Girl Award
Every year BSS celebrates the Distinguished Old Girl Award at a reception. This year, the ninth annual  DOGA award was presented to Joan GALLIE McDonald ‘62. Past recipients have included: Margaret (Peggy) WENTE ‘68, Dr. Joan WHITTEN Miller ‘76, and Tara SUTTON ‘88.
