Many students will take a series of standardized tests for university admission in their Grade 11 and 12 years. As with any test, preparation is key – this means becoming more familiar with the content and format of the test, the kinds of questions that are asked and the environment in which the test will be written.
The BSS Student Services team is here to help. A few recommendations for students:
- Leave yourself plenty of time to study. Plan accordingly.
- Review your PSAT results in preparing for the SAT I. It helps identify problem areas.
- Use the Student Services office resources. That’s why they are there.
- If you think you need a more structured and focused study schedule, consider a tutor or test-prep service. While many students find them useful, they are costly and time consuming.
