A Message from the Co-Chairs
Being part of the BSS Old Girl/Alumni community is truly special. The
profound impact the school has on us can be felt from our first day of
school through until we graduate, and through to our 10th, 25th and
50th year reunion events. As the co-chairs of the BSS Alumnae
Association Executive, we are both honoured and excited to connect the powerful, diverse, and talented network of old girls/alumnae.
The mission of the BSS Alumnae Association Executive has remained
the same for more than 90 years: to keep Old Girls/Alumnae connected to our school and each other, and to support the students who will one day become Old Girls/Alumnae. Building on the traditions from our strong history we are excited to create new ways to connect and engage.
We are a vital thread in the fabric of this community that begins when
we join it as a student, and our goal will be to build the continuity and
bridge between current students and Old Girls/Alumnae in support of the future success of The Bishop Strachan School.
We encourage you to explore all that we have to offer to stay connected to each other and the school. We look forward to building, with your support and feedback, a strong, engaged, and interactive Alumnae community. If you’re interested in connecting with the school or learning about how you can get involved, please send an email to
oldgirls@bss.on.ca.
