Leadership Giving
Leadership giving plays a transformative role in driving strategic initiatives that shape BSS, today and into the future.
Our generous community of leadership donors have chosen to support the school with gifts of $25,000 or more. They do so because they believe in the power of education to create lasting change. Their generosity reflects a deep commitment to our mission and values, as they invest in projects that strengthen our academic programs, enhance our facilities and broaden access for a diverse range of students. They help bring our ambitious plans to life, enabling BSS to deliver exceptional teaching and learning. And they leave a lasting legacy through various naming and recognition opportunities and endowed funds.

Elevate Boarding
The BSS Boarding program provides a unique opportunity for students to flourish in a supportive environment. Leadership donors are invited to partner with BSS to elevate the Boarding experience through facility upgrades, scholarships, financial assistance and enriched programming.

Ways to Give
Major gifts may be given as a single contribution or pledged over time (3 - 5 years) to manage the impact on personal finances. Donors can structure their gifts in ways that work best for both them and the school.
Donors may also choose to maximize their donation with a Gift of Stock by transferring appreciated publicly traded securities directly to The Bishop Strachan School Foundation. Stock donors receive a donation receipt based on the fair market value of the shares (at the close of market on the day the securities are received by the Foundation). Donor Levels
The Langtry Society recognizes annual donors to The Bishop Strachan School at the following levels between July 1- June 30 of each year:
Inspirers - up to $1,499
Changemakers - $1,500 - $4,999
Changemakers - $1,500 - $4,999
Innovators - $5,000 - $9,999
Trailblazers - $10,000+
Transformative Leaders - $25,000+
Transformative Leaders - $25,000+
Cumulative Giving
The Bishop Strachan School Circle recognizes community members who have made cumulative gifts of $1 million or more to The Bishop Strachan School.
The 1867 Circle recognizes community members who have given $100,000 - $999,999.
The 1867 Circle recognizes community members who have given $100,000 - $999,999.
