The Bishop Strachan School was founded in 1867 with the goal of providing innovative and rigorous education for girls, reflecting ethical, social and moral values. Today, the school builds on this legacy by making exceptional education accessible.
BSS provides more financial assistance than any other girls school in Canada, starting as early as Grade 6.
We welcome students, families, employees and leadership with a wide range of backgrounds, including Boarding students who come from across Canada and around the world.
