Today, the world gets 123 brave, smart, passionate leaders. You’ve demonstrated endless curiosity, shown grit, and learned to use your voice—skills you’ll use for the rest of your life. You started the year by tossing your tie high. Now you can finish it by following it far. Congratulations to the Class of 2024!
- The Class of 2024 received more than $4 million in scholarships, the highest total ever recorded in BSS history, with major merit scholarships to top Canadian and American universities.
- The graduates received 857 offers of admission to universities in Canada (698), the United States (110) and the UK and Ireland (49).
- Canadian admission offers include McGill, McMaster (including highly competitive programs such as Biomedical Engineering and Health Sciences), Queen’s, the University of British Columbia, the University of Toronto and Western University.
- Notable offers to the US include Brown, Cornell, Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, New York University, the University of Chicago, UCLA, Berkeley, University of Southern California, Rice, Tulane, University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and Vanderbilt.
- Internationally, students have received offers to Direct Entry Medicine and Veterinary Medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the Royal Veterinary College in London. Offers were also received from University College London and St Andrews in Scotland.
This group of graduates stands out as one rich in diverse interests and passions that are similarly reflected in their post-secondary destinations.
- Students will be predominantly studying science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) with specializations in areas such as biomedicine, forensic science and aerospace engineering.
- Other programs include: liberal arts, social sciences, humanities, business, marketing, finance, animation, interior architecture and industrial design.
