Is there parking?
Please see this map of available parking near the BSS campus. We encourage everyone to take public transit or a taxi/rideshare as parking near campus is extremely limited. -
Is Reunion accessible?
We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. We will have a number of reserved parking spots at the Lonsdale entrance for those who require accessible parking. -
Where do I check in?
For all events, please enter through the Lonsdale entrance only. This is where our registration tables will be set up, and where you will be able to pick up your name tags. Please do not enter through Warren Road or Russell Hill Road. -
When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive approximately 15 - 20 minutes prior to the start of the event you are attending to provide ample time to register, get a name tag and make your way to the event.If you are only attending the Welcome Back Reception, please enter through the Lonsdale entrance between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. -
What if I did not register on time? Can I still attend?
Yes! Although it is highly encouraged to register by the September 13 deadline in order for us to plan accordingly, we will be able to accommodate last-minute registrants on the day of. -
What is included in the $60 ticket for the Welcome Back Reception?
The cost for the reception includes a variety of appetizers, passed hors d'oeuvres, a hot food station and desserts. This will include both vegetarian and meat options. Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will also be available. There will also be live music, a photo booth and more!
